Insights You Can Act On

Since August 2022, I’ve engaged with CGI's Human Centered Design practice as a strategic business consultant and digital product designer. My focus has been primarily in the fintech space working with a top 5 National bank’s treasury management and lending teams. I've dedicated my efforts to conducting strategic human-centered design research, offering valuable recommendations, and overseeing the implementation of those recommendations. Through leading more than 200 user interviews and formulating strategic directives that empowered our client's business and product teams, I've gained profound insights into user experience strategy, the developments of complex internal onboarding systems, and research to design delivery methodologies .
